Hanging Out In The Snow
Last weekend we headed up to Truckee, Ca to find some snow to play in. There wasn't a whole lot of snow, but we found enough to put smiles on the kid's faces. I was amazed by how much Jillian enjoyed the snow! She just rolled around and licked the snow off of her mittens most of the time. The other three had fun taking turns going down the slope. It was warm which was nice but the snow was melting pretty fast. Maybe we will get lucky and some of that snow everyone in Spokane has been getting will come our way (we're gonna need it this summer)!

It seems so funny to WISH for snow . . . though I understand how it must be to you. Especially when it means a drought if there isn't any snow in the mountains. I remember living in California as a child and just YEARNING for snow!! One time we were visiting my grandma in Portland, Oregon and it snowed the tiniest skif of snow and we were so excited! Glad you had a fun outing!
