Gotta Love It!

The other day Nathan was watching Mary Poppins with a friend at our home. Shortly after the movie began, I came down stairs into the kitchen. As I walked in, Nathan came up to me very excited and began to tell me what was going on in the movie. He told me, "Mommy, Mommy the people just like you are flying away!" I looked at him with a confused look on my face and asked him, "What do you mean the people just like me?" He responded, "You know, the people in the beginning who are just like you, standing in line get blown away by the wind." It suddenly dawns on me that Nathan is talking about all of the not so attractive, older women standing in line outside the home waiting to be interviewed for the nanny position. I looked at Nathan and asked him, "Do you mean the hired help?" "Yep, that's it."-He smiled and went back into the family room. I stood there with a grin on my face, shaking my head and thinking to myself how much I just love being told that I'm just like the hired help around my home. At least those women were going to get paid.
